Ingram Micro Cloud, operator of the world’s largest channel cloud marketplace, announces a record February in which the cloud ecosystem provider supported 10x more transactions than any month previously, securing and maintaining positive progress with the Microsoft New Commerce Experience.

Since October 2021, Ingram Micro Cloud has been supporting the integration of Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience licensing model, which allows cloud service providers the opportunity to sell Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Windows 365 on a per-seat, per-month, or yearly incremental basis. Ingram Micro Cloud has educated its partners on the new offerings and helped them expand capacity and capability by adapting and facilitating the automation of New Commerce Experience transaction types using CloudBlue technology. Ingram Micro Cloud has also provided access to a suite of complementary support programs, resources and representative teams focused specifically on Microsoft New Commerce Experience to further ease the transition for partners.

The New Commerce Experience-focused support provided by Ingram Micro Cloud includes webinars and training to share best practices, along with monthly Channel Talks to educate on new updates, processes, frequently asked questions, and upcoming changes. In addition, Ingram Micro Cloud has extended office hours via 150+ Microsoft-dedicated champions in over 30 countries, making support more accessible to partners as they transition and familiarize themselves with new process.

As Microsoft has pivoted and revised the New Commerce Experience, Ingram Micro Cloud has bolstered services making available committed legal advisory, as well as dedicated in-house engineering groups to further back any unforeseen back-end change requirements. Ingram Micro Cloud developers are on standby to ensure changes are swiftly automated on platform and Ingram Micro Cloud’s white-glove migration services maintain capable of shifting all sizes, moving from legacy to New Commerce Experience seamlessly.

To expand upon strengthening customer resources on the legal-front, Ingram Micro Cloud has teamed up with ITagree, a self-proclaimed IT agreements-as-a-service provider, incorporating legal support and term discussion assistance around the New Commerce Experience agreements. Ingram Micro Cloud has worked closely with ITagree to provide a proper framework around how partners can build out their agreements to cover any financial risk or liability around New Commerce Experience for products like Modern Work, Dynamics 365 and Azure.
