ICS Announces Acquisition Of Unified Networking Solutions

ICS, a portfolio company of ClearLight Partners and leading provider of Information Technology (IT) Managed Services in the Northeast, announced it has acquired Unified Networking Solutions (UNS), a provider of IT Products and Services in the Southeastern Massachusetts market.

Headquartered in Raynham, MA, UNS was founded in 2010 and has grown by helping local government, education, and commercial clients throughout New England achieve success by providing technology solutions and support. UNS offers managed IT services, hardware and software procurement, and implementation services.
