Adoption Accelerates as Partners Look to Eliminate Supply Chain Constraints, Accelerate Time to Revenue, and Remove Costly Hardware for Customers through Managed Services Center
Druva Inc. announced that Druva’s new Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), has experienced significant growth following its recent launch. Introduced in June 2021, Druva has tripled its MSP partners within the program as the demand for its resilient, simplified data protection service continues to surge across the global channel ecosystem. In response to this accelerated demand, Druva launched the Managed Services Center, which provides partners with additional resources to run their businesses more strategically.
“MSPs can easily deploy Druva, a trusted data resiliency solution built on AWS, and help customers secure data from malicious attacks, maintain compliance, and accelerate cloud transformations, without impacting costs or agility.”
As more businesses move to the cloud, there is an urgency to adopt new technologies that can improve cyber resiliency, streamline governance, and extract data insights at scale. This demand has created a vast market opportunity for MSPs, with research showing that the global MSP market size is expected to increase to $354.8 billion by 2026¹. However, global supply chain shortages are inflating prices and delaying deliveries as shipments from China to the US alone are taking 83 percent longer to arrive at their final destination compared to September 2019². As a result, partners are seeking alternative solutions which require minimal initial investment, can be rapidly deployed across the globe, and offer the ease of self-service.

Built entirely in the cloud, Druva helps MSPs accelerate time-to-revenue and reduce risk by delivering a more resilient, 100 percent software as a service (SaaS) platform without the burden of infrastructure. Since launching its MSP program and the Managed Service Center, Druva has seen an enormous demand for data protection services that simplify and automate traditionally complex processes. With customer demand rising, Druva’s MSP partners have been able to accelerate protection for SaaS applications, hybrid and cloud workloads, and edge devices. The addition of Druva’s Managed Services Center enables MSPs to seamlessly support new and existing tenants from a single interface, driving more efficiency and better management of all customers by service level agreements (SLAs), service plans, and workloads.
“MSPs are facing a multitude of challenges that are slowing down sales cycles and are increasingly in need of a modern solution that is free of supply chains or costly hardware and management,” said Robert Brower, Senior Vice President of Global Partners and Alliances, Druva. “By harnessing the global reach of AWS infrastructure, we are delivering a solution that relieves these pressures and enables MSPs to drive measurable outcomes with higher margins. The program’s growth since launch is a testament to how seamless the process has become, and with Druva’s Managed Services Center at the core of our program, MSPs are able to access best-of-breed resiliency, flexibility, and scale-on-demand.”
The Druva Data Resiliency Cloud empowers MSPs to effectively deliver on the potential of the cloud with an industry-leading solution that has helped advance thousands of organizations’ cyber, data, and operational resilience without any hardware, software, or associated complexity. Druva’s SaaS-based delivery model enables a self-service user experience that allows partners to accelerate customer deployments, meet new tenant workloads, and efficiently scale customer needs up or down. As further recognition, Druva’s program has been recognized as a finalist in the MSP/MSSP Platform category by the 2021 CRN Tech Innovator Awards, which highlights cutting-edge, purpose-built products and services for solution providers.

With no infrastructure required, we no longer need to focus on data centers, servers or hardware and storage shipments in order to set up data protection solutions for our customers. Now, everyone in our organization, from sales to support, can focus on delivering more value to our customers.”
