OpenText has announced the launch of Magellan Risk Guard to remediate high-risk content with expanded cloud API services. The Magellan Risk Guard is an AI-powered security solution offered as part of the OpenText™ Cloud Editions (CE) 21.3., OpenText delivered new innovations, including a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable businesses to meet the new challenges in the complex post-pandemic world.

What is OpenText™ Magellan Risk Guard?
Businesses suffer loses costing millions of dollars due to risky content in the form of inappropriate images, texts and links that could irreversibly damage your reputation. Magellan Risk Guard, powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI ML), provides sensitive data discovery services to uncover and remediate potentially sensitive, inappropriate, or detrimental text, images, or video content within business systems. Risk Guard is easy to deploy and includes 20 prebuilt AI models that identify risk across 50 pre-defined categories such as personally identifiable information (PII), d****, alcohol and violence.
This intuitive AI-based solution tracks harmful, sensitive and inappropriate text, visual and audio content within enterprise content using advanced ML models. The solution could save a company additional cost involved in handling compliance by improving data governance and reducing file storage costs.
An update to OpenText™ Extended ECM for Office 365, that provides deeper integrations with Microsoft Teams, further simplifying collaboration, productivity, and compliant control of information.
