UPSTACK, which is backed by an initial $50 million investment from Berkshire Partners, delivers a ground-breaking platform that pairs the industry’s leading technology Advisors and a data-driven application to architect and source customized technology solutions for businesses of all sizes.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Meghan to the UPSTACK leadership team,” said Christopher Trapp, CEO at UPSTACK. “Whether working in startups or Fortune 500 companies, Meghan was tapped time and again to create systems and processes from the ground up. She has a rare combination of entrepreneurial spirit with operations discipline that will help UPSTACK realize our vision at scale.”

Wilkinson is a technology and channel leader with expertise in transforming and driving friction out of organizations, processes, systems and tools to deliver a superior customer experience. During her career, Wilkinson has held leadership roles across revenue, sales, IT, operations, offer and contract management, marketing and strategy.

Before joining UPSTACK, Wilkinson led sales as Chief Revenue Officer with master agency Telarus. Previously, she spent 10 years with Lumen (and its predecessors CenturyLink and Level 3 Communications), where she rose through the ranks from Marketing Operations Intern to Vice President of Indirect, Partner and Customer Success.

“I joined UPSTACK for the opportunity to stand up something that’s never been done,” said Wilkinson. “I’m excited to partner on that mission and work with talented people who have the ability to challenge the status quo, and in the process drive even more significant value to UPSTACK’s customers, Advisors and vendor partners alike.”

Wilkinson’s immediate goals are to evaluate, streamline and reinforce the UPSTACK support organization, including the tools and dedicated teams that span the customer lifecycle—from initial proposal and installation to ongoing support and revision. “Our ultimate goal is to create seamless, consistent and personalized experiences for our Advisor Partners and their customers,” Wilkinson said.
