ForgeRock, a global digital identity leader, announced the appointment of Chris Lyon as senior vice president and global head of engineering. In his new role, Lyon will lead global engineering and report to ForgeRock’s chief product officer (CPO) Peter Barker.

Lyon brings more than 25 years of experience leading innovative, high-performance engineering teams. Lyon joins ForgeRock from MuleSoft, a Salesforce company, the leading platform for building application networks. As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Lyon was responsible for introducing new capabilities into the platform while expanding its global availability. Prior to joining MuleSoft he led engineering teams at Lookout, Jive Software, and Mozilla.
