This recognition follows Cohesity’s launch of the industry’s first comprehensive Data Management as a Service (DMaaS) solution. This new solution gives customers an incredibly easy way to make sure their on-premises and cloud-based data is backed up and protected. To take advantage of this new offering, customers simply sign up, protect and connect. The company also announced the general availability of Cohesity DataProtect delivered as a service, the first of many SaaS-based offerings to come as part of Cohesity’s DMaaS solution. The new service, available through Cohesity channel partners or AWS Consulting Partners on AWS Marketplace, gives customers an easy way to back up and protect both on-premises and cloud-based data through a SaaS model with infrastructure managed by Cohesity.
